Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Associate

We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to build and manage a strong sales pipeline. You'll own outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and CRM hygiene, working closely with the SDR team to identify and target potential clients across the US, Scandinavian & Sri Lankan markets. Ideal for someone with 1–2 years of SDR/BDR experience who's ready to sharpen their outbound game and grow into a closing or senior SDR role.  

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers, with a focus on the US and Scandinavian markets. 
  • Run outbound outreach campaigns via email, cold calling, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using established criteria (e.g., BANT)
  • Collaborate with the SDR team to build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Maintain clean, accurate pipeline data in the CRM
  • Conduct market and competitor research to refine targeting and messaging for different regions
  • Manage and report on personal KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, conversion rates)
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on campaign execution and messaging

Qualifications 

  • 1–2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales role (B2B preferred). 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred (not mandatory with relevant experience). 
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding outreach/meeting-booked targets
  • Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Able to work EST hours for a few days per week to support US market outreach

  • Data-driven - comfortable tracking and improving personal metrics
  • Organized, self-directed, and able to manage a full pipeline independently
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Experience or interest in international/multi-market outreach (US and Nordic/Scandinavian region a plus)
