About the Role
We are looking for a mid-level, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of professional experience who can independently create high-quality designs across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong design fundamentals, a good eye for branding, and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, social media, strategy, and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Create visually compelling designs for digital platforms, social media, campaigns, and print materials
Support and maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, social media, and development teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
Design marketing collateral such as brochures, magazines, billboards, and other large-format materials
Translate creative briefs and concepts into polished visual designs with minimal supervision
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and business objectives
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Prepare final artwork and design files for digital use, print production, and handover
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency, marketing, or in-house creative team
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong working knowledge of Figma
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand brand guidelines and apply them consistently across design work
Good communication skills and attention to detail
A strong design portfolio showcasing digital, social media, branding, and print work
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in designing for both digital and print media
Strong understanding of print production, layouts, and specifications (magazines, billboards, etc.)
Ability to handle feedback and iterate designs efficiently
